Soya Sauce Dish Vegetable And Fish Soup
Ingredients:
10 slices of Bombay onion (shallots)
1 packet of MAK SITI Soya Powder
A glass of water
1 kg of meat, chicken or fish
Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions


1. Heat up the cooking oil
2. Fry 10 slices of Bombay onion (shallots) which been sliced until yellow.
Thereafter, mix the MAK SITI Soya Powder with a little water until fragrant.
Then, add a litter water and add either concentrated or diluted soya sauce according to individual taste.
3. Add approximately 1 kg of meat, chicken or fish.
4. Serve after it is cooked.
Ingredients:
1 packet of MAK SITI Vegetable Soup
1 packet of MAK SITI Mix Spice
2 liters of water
1 kg of vegetables or fish (1 kg)
Salt
Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions


1. Heat up the cooking oil
2. Fry the spice mixture
3. Add 2 liters of water
4. Add MAK SITI Vegetable Soup
5. Add the vegetables or fish (approximately 1 kg)
6. Add salt to taste
7. Serve when cooked


Soto Soup Chicken / Meat Soup
Ingredients:
1 packet of MAK SITI Mix Spice
2 litres of water
1 packet of MAK SITI Mix Soto Soup
1 kg of meat or chicken
Salt
Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions


1. Heat up the cooking oil
2. Fry the spice mixture
3. Add 2 liters of water
4. Add MAK SITI fragrant Soto Soup
5. Add meat or chicken (1 kg)
6. Cook until the meat or chicken becomes soft
7. About 10 minutes from being cooked, add vegetables according to individual taste
8. Add salt to taste
9. Serve when cooked
Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken/meat
3 Bombay Onions (shallots) sliced
1 packet of MAK SITI Curry Powder Soup (Mix with water to make paste)
Cooking oil
Garlic (thinly sliced)
Potatoes
Spring onions
Celery


Cooking Instructions

1. Heat cooking oil and fry garlic and shallots until golden brown.
2. Add MAK SITI Soup Curry Powder paste. Fry until fragrant.
3. Add chicken/meat. Cover until excess water evaporates, stirring occasionally.
4. Then add water and heat until contents are half-cooked.
5. Add salt to taste, reduce heat.
6. Add carrots and potatoes and simmer till fully cooked.
7. For that extra taste, garnish with a sprinkling of fried onions, spring onions and celery.
